Nasal Repair Using Cartilage and Alloderm Grafts
When this patient with a history of nasal trauma came to me, she presented with bilateral nasal obstruction, bilateral valve collapse, and a septum that was fractured, deviated and had a perforation. In addition, she also had an exterior saddle nose deformity. This combination of problems was making nasal breathing difficult.
