NYC Functional Revision Rhinoplasty
38 year old female with prior rhinoplasty 20 years ago complained of 100 percent nasal obstruction on the left side of her nose and limited airflow on the right. She had bilateral nasal valve collapse from an over-resected rhinoplasty and a deviated septum. Dr. Klausner performed an revision rhinoplasty and septoplasty to straighten her septum and repair her valve collapse in order to improve her nasal breathing. Dr. Klausner was able to improve overall symmetry of her nose.
