When I first met this patient, she was seeking surgery to improve her nasal breathing and change aspects of her nose's external appearance. This patient had experienced a trauma resulting in nasal fracture. The patient's desires outcomes for the procedure were: improved her nasal breathing, straightening of her nose, reduction of her dorsal hump, and definition and rotation of her nasal tip.
