Skin Flap Repair of MOHs Defect on Nose

This 50 year old patient presented after Mohs Surgery for removal of a basal cell carcinoma on her right nasal ala. After discussing the various options for repair, the patient consented to a full thickness skin graft to the right nasal ala.
