Male Upper & Lower Blepharoplasty
This 58 year old male was bothered by the excess skin on his eyelids. On physical examination, he had heavy, asymmetrical, excess upper eyelids, brow ptosis, and crepey lower lid skin with pseudo-herniation of fat. Dr. Klausner performed a bilateral upper lid blepharoplasty and lower eyelid skin pinch to remove the excess, hanging skin and excise the fat under the lower lid to reduce the appearance of under-eye bags.
