COVID-19 Practice Policy

Updated: September 16, 2020

To Our Valued Patients,

The health and safety of our patients and staff is our number one priority. We are excited to safely treat patients for their surgical and nonsurgical plastic surgery needs. Our practice is conveniently offering Online Consultations for our patients who are unable to come to the office in person. Please call the office at 212-884-0423 to schedule a virtual appointment.

Information on In-Person Consultations

Our office is open Monday through Friday from 9:00AM -5:00PM. Please call our office at 212-884-0423 to schedule an in-person appointment. We are following strict medical precautions based on CDC recommendations to ensure the safety of our patients and staff.

As per the CDC recommendations: all patients must wear a mask when they come to their office visit. Patients’ temperatures will be checked upon arrival. A patient with a temperature exceeding 100.4 F will not be permitted into the office and will be asked to follow up with his or her primary care physician. Patients with normal temperature will be asked to wash their hands prior to going to the consultation room.

We are screening all patients for current illness and travel. Should you develop a fever or any symptoms which can be related to COVID-19, we ask that you follow up with your primary care provider. If you have traveled to any region on the US/NYS travel advisory list or have come in close contact with anyone who has symptoms of COVID-19, tested positive for COVID-19, or has traveled recently to any regions on the travel advisory list, we recommend that you schedule a virtual consultation.

To limit the number of patients in the office at one time, we prefer that you come to your visit alone. If this is not possible, we recommend no more than one additional visitor per patient.

Information on COVID-19 and Symptomatic Patients

We respectfully request that if you are sick/ unwell or develop a fever, please do not come to the office. Go to the NYC Health website for updated health/COVID-19 information and contact your primary care provider.

Let us all work collectively to keep everyone safe and healthy during these times.
