Septo/Rhinoplasty 22 Year Old Woman to Improve Function

This patient presented with severe bilateral nasal obstruction, poor tip support, septal deviation and a deviated nose. She experienced a childhood trauma to the nose resulting in a septal fracture, which was not properly treated at the time. Goals for surgery were to straighten her nose, improve her breathing while creating a smaller and natural version of her original nose.
